Like OMG?

Story time....In my grade six and seven split class there was this girl in the grade six section. I think we were having a class discussion on something. Anyways the teacher asked Robyn a question...blah blah blah. Mrs.TKB ask her why she always had to use the word "like" every second word. Robyn didn't have an actual reason why, but she probably didn't even know that she was doing this. But listening to her try to explain was pretty funny because she was still using "like".

In grade 11 I took this design class, one day while our teacher was explaining something the girl that sat beside me heather as was like man lets count how many times he says the world "like" within the last 30 minutes of the period. So as the talking went on and on, heather counted up 243 times our teacher said "like". I think he needs to broaden his vocabulary, just a tad.
